Confirmation

Confirmation is the sacrament most associated with the accepting of one’s ministry.  For new adult believers who have recently been baptized, it is the “confirming” of their vocation by the Bishop, who is represented at the local level when the priest performs a Baptism.  For those who were baptized as children it represents their acceptance of the vows that were made on their behalf by parents and sponsors, and so becomes the rite of adulthood in the faith.  At Trinity preparations for Confirmation can be done as a group or individually as each situation warrants.
