Samaritan’s Purse is a nondenominational evangelical Christian organization whose stated mission is to provide spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world, often focusing on the victims of natural disasters, disease, war, poverty, and famine. Trinity participates each year in their Operation Christmas Child project. Shoe boxes are filled at Christmas time with toys and goodies to be sent to children all over the world.
