“Is anyone among you sick? Then they must call for the elders of the church and they are to pray over them, anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer offered in faith with restore the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise them up” (James 5:14-15)
The Prayer Warriors consists of a group of people who feel the call to the ministry of intercessory prayer for others on a regular and consistent basis. This group has committed itself to pray daily, confidentially, and individually for the people and concerns that are requested of them. Requests are received not only for short term emergency situations (i.e. crises, medical emergencies, deaths) but also for longer term situations.
Also, the laying on of hands and anointing with oil for healing is available to anyone who wishes upon request.
