The various Calendars and Schedules throughout the site each have the ability to be added to your own smartphone or mobile device’s calendar (as READ ONLY) by using the iCal links below. This way when new entries or changes are made to a calendar, the updates will automatically appear on your device’s calendar (based on your device’s sync settings). If you ever need to remove a particular calendar, you simply remove or unsubscribe to that calendar on your device and all the entries for that calendar will be removed. Think of these calendars as separate ‘layers’ on top of your own personal calendar. They are NOT actually added to your personal calendar, but are applied as a layer, giving you the ability to hide or change the color of all the entries of that calendar on your device.
Below you will find all the calendar links and instructions on how to add them to your device(s). Enjoy.
iPhone/iPad Users:
iOS devices makes the process of adding or subscribing to iCal calendars very easy by simply selecting the appropriate link(s) from the corresponding section(s) below, confirming you want to Subscribe and then selecting Done.
Android Users:
Android devices are a little different and require you to add calendars through your Google account.
1. Open your Google Calendar. You can only add a calendar using a link from a computer, not the app.
2. On the left side, find “Other calendars” and click the down arrow.
3. Select Add by URL.
4. Enter the calendar’s address in the field provided. The address needs to be the iCal link from below.
5. Click Add calendar. The calendar will appear on the left side under “Other calendars.”
Note: It might take up to 12 hours for changes to show in your Google Calendar.
